How to create a coupon? 🛠️
Creating a coupon is a quick and easy process:
- Log in to the SparkShare Portal
- In the main menu, select SparkShareBox
- Click on Coupons and select New Entry
- Choose the device, set the duration, consumption type (kWh or WTC), and the coupon amount
- Create the coupon and choose the sending method:
- Send via SMS or e-mail – the coupon will immediately be active in the recipient’s mobile app!
- Generate a QR code – the recipient can scan the QR code to activate the coupon in the app
Activating and tracking the coupon 📊
With the new version of the SparkShare mobile app, coupon activation has never been easier! Once you send the coupon via SMS, e-mail, or QR code, it is immediately activated in the recipient’s app. The coupon is now ready for use without any additional steps.
As an added convenience, you can track the coupon’s consumption, see how much time is left before it expires, or check how much of the coupon has been used. ⏳
