SiB.hr on SparkShare, an innovative EV charger from Osijek

On 11 June 2024 the Osijek news portal SiB.hr published the article "SparkShare: An Osijek company is developing an innovative charger for electric vehicles", ahead of our appearance at the Power2Drive Europe fair in Munich.

Power2Drive Europe took place on 19–21 June 2024 at Messe München, as part of The Smarter E Europe – a fair of integrated energy solutions, from renewables and digitalisation to e-mobility and charging infrastructure. Among more than 3,200 exhibitors, SparkShare was one of three from Croatia.

What the article highlights

SparkShare is a network in which the community shares resources, so users charge at favourable prices close to household electricity. Owners of solar and wind power plants can sell their surplus energy at their own prices and terms.

Hotels, apartments, restaurants and campsites can offer guests free charging with the Charge On Me coupon. Public car parks, garages and residential buildings get a solution for the lack of charging infrastructure.
